Lender-Paid Closing Costs**
When you close with one of our preferred lenders, you get lender-paid closing costs on most loans.

Preferred lenders are familiar with Liberty Homes, the sales staff, policies, and requirements. This allows for quick and accurate answers to your questions. Upfront, Underwritten Approval
Your earnest money and construction deposit are non-refundable. A preferred lender will issue an underwritten approval up front so that when you put a down payment on your new home, you can be confident that you can close on your home when it is ready.

They are very familiar with the Liberty Homes building process and can help ensure a smooth, on-time closing with no surprises. They strive to make the experience as seamless as possible, so you feel less stress and more excitement about your new home purchase.
