One of our innovative, new floor plans is the Katalla. It is a 3,150 square foot two-story floor plan that maximizes space and livability. With a variety of exterior elevations, you can find one that fits your sense of style—Modern Farmhouse, Modern Craftsman, Modern Prairie, and a Modern Contemporary option. A large, covered porch leads to a bright front door and entry with a coat closet. Rounding the corner opens to a functional mud area off the garage entry door, with a convenient main floor powder room adjacent. The hallway passes the wide stairwell into an open concept large kitchen with boomerang island, dining and two-story great room areas. The open to below space feels airy and spacious, while allowing for great natural light with all the windows. Upstairs, the second floor has all of the bedrooms—the master, and 3 other bedrooms. Included in the spacious master suite is the beautiful master bath that has entry to a large walk-in closet, vanity (double is optional), huge walk in shower, and separate toilet room. The other bedrooms are big and have good-sized closets with upper shelving for storage. They can be used as bedrooms, office, or even playroom. There is even an option to add a 5th bedroom on the Katalla plan which allows it to be customizable, versatile, and functional. Also on the second level are two large storage closets and another full bath. The unfinished basement offers lots of room for growth with a possible large future family room, a future bedroom, future full bathroom, and more storage.
