Liberty Homes has always been committed to showing a high level of care and doing whatever is best for homebuyers and potential homebuyers, and that commitment remains strong in these trying times. Our model homes remain open at this time, but we also want to ensure the safest environment possible for both our customers and our employees, so we have instituted some safeguards to protect everyone.

We ask everyone to follow the guidelines outlined by the CDC to protect themselves and those around them (you can read the CDC’s full guidelines and tips to slow the spread here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/prevention.html). To adhere to those recommendations, we ask the following:

  • Please remain at home if you are feeling ill: When feeling even a little ill, please do not visit our models, and if you have an appointment scheduled, please reschedule or communicate with our team via phone, email, or web chat. We can even do video tours of our models for you.
  • Please practice good social distancing: If our agents are helping another customer when you visit, you are welcome to tour our models on your own, but please do not touch anything with your hands, even doors. Or, we will be happy to schedule an appointment at a later time for a 1-on-1 conversation with an agent. Also, our agents will refrain from handshakes and other direct contact as directed by the CDC. You may want to consider wearing a mask or even a scarf.

We are also doing our part by doing regular cleanings in the models and office area and keeping hand sanitizer available in our sales office, among other things.

While we still welcome walk-ins at our models, we encourage those who would like to visit to set up an appointment ahead of time (you can request an appointment here: https://www.libertyhomes.com/contact/). If you choose to walk in, please keep the good social distancing measures noted above in mind and know we may need to set up an appointment for a later time to best serve you.

If you do not feel comfortable coming into the models at this time but would still like to tour them and get more information, our agents are happy to provide a video tour and talk with you by phone.
